Let's imagine I want to invite a profile via LinkedIn, get his / her email address, then send an email proposal with Microsoft PowerPoint presentation and Excel spreadsheet with some data, and in a day send a LinkedIn message asking whether the email was received and read.
What you need to do is:
- Add Gmail integration via Zapier Webhooks and Send person to webhook action like it is shown in this article: How to send profiles to Google Sheets or any other CRM / web app via Zapier Webhook
- Create a campaign for several actions (you can find the screenshot example at the end of the article):
- Invite 2nd and 3rd level contacts - invites your 2nd and 3rd connections to your network;
- Filter contacts out of my network (keep 1st level only) - filters only those who accepted the invite;
- Visit and extract profiles - visits 1st-degree profiles to get their email addresses;
- Send person to webhook - sends extracted profiles data via Zapier to the GMail, the latter then sends the emails itself;
- Delay between actions - pauses profiles for a couple of days to give your leads some time to check their emails;
- Message to 1st connections | Group member - sends a message asking whether the email was received and reviewed.
- Check for replies - checks whether someone has answered anything to your previous message.
- Collect profiles and start the campaign - How to add profiles into campaign?
